At Possability People, we're passionate about creating positive change and ensuring the voices of disabled people are heard. As a user-led charity, our members, staff, volunteers, and trustees bring real-life experience to our work. With the appointment of our new Chief Executive in August 2024, we're embarking on a journey of cultural transformation and growth.

We're looking for enthusiastic, committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees and help steer our strategic direction. If you're ready to make a real impact in our community and use your skills to drive meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally, you will live in or near to Brighton, but we’re also happy to consider remote roles for the right candidates.
