Non-Executive Director
Description
As custodians of the Port and its Values, our Non-Executive Directors work with the Executive team to challenge the boundaries of what’s possible, striving to hand things on in a better condition to succeeding generations.
What we are looking for
You will need to have a broad range of strategic skills, the ability to collaborate dynamically with the Board, working with us to be better, stronger, and different.
In addition to the core skills required to be a Non-Executive Director, we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate the following:
Experience/Qualifications
A Chartered financial qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
Financial leadership and strategic decision-making.
Experience of one or more of the following: Treasury management, strategic financial planning, estate management, asset management or infrastructure development.
The role will begin in January 2025.
