Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training
Just like physical First Aid, it is recommended that Mental Health First Aiders take a refresher course every three years.
The 4-hour Refresher course will support your Mental Health First Aiders by:
Renewing their skills (on what influences mental health and how to recognise the signs) Updating their knowledge of mental health support organisations to sign post people to for professional help
Giving them the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan; and being mindful of their own wellbeing
