The Management Development Open Programme is created for managers of small teams or individual managers aiming to advance their management abilities. It offers a blended learning approach combining face-to-face workshops, coaching, feedback, and practical application of skills. The programme focuses on developing effective management techniques to build influential, goal-oriented teams.
