Rosa’s career spans leadership roles at some of the world’s biggest luxury brands. She was CEO of Tiffany & Co for 14 years, establishing their UK presence, before moving to Asprey & Garrard and later founding Team Domenica in 2016.

Her daughter, Domenica, has Down’s Syndrome. After leaving college, Rosa saw first-hand how few support opportunities there were for people with learning disabilities and autism. Team Domenica was born to fill that gap, believing that everyone deserves the chance to aspire to a career and the independence and confidence that comes with it.

Today, Team Domenica runs cafés across Brighton & Hove; they partner with over 60 local businesses and have just announced a brand-new site at Pavilion Gardens. Through their Supported Internship Programme, 80% of their young people have attained paid work, showing what’s possible with the right support.

Pop-up Breakfasts, as their name suggests, take place at different venues all over the city, many of them special places in their own right. They attract 40-50 attendees and are perfect for easy, friendly networking.

Cafe Domenica is a training facility that handles peanuts, milk, cereals containing gluten, tree-nuts, sesame, soya, eggs, celery, fish, crustaceans, mustard and other allergens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from cross-contamintion.

At each event, there is a guest speaker, who’ll talk about their experiences of running a business and their own personal journey.

FAQs

What's the refund policy? Places are limited, and events are usually oversubscribed. Please give two working days’ notice via email for a refund* or you’ll be required to pay for your place in full.

Can I attend if I am not a member of the Chamber? If you have never been a member of the Chamber you can book and join as a guest at two of our events (just one Chamber Breakfast).
