If the thought of writing your first business plan feels daunting and time consuming, there's a tool to help you - the Business Model Canvas. Foregoing the traditional method of business plan writing, in this practical workshop at the BIPC, you will learn to divide and address each section of the business plan and how each works together to build your business.
