With the growth of Xero and the numerous Add-Ons that have become available I thought I would highlight one of the better Add-Ons that will help you run and control your business.
What is it?
WorkflowMax is a project management system geared for service businesses to enable them to manage their projects, business processes and workflows.
What does it do?
WorkflowMax is an online software program that is fully integrated with Xero (now being a Xero Product) that offers the following solutions:
1. Timesheets
2. Job Tracking

4. Invoicing
5. Leads and quotes
6. Purchase orders

1. Enter client and service data once thereby avoiding duplication of data entry on different systems

7. Ability to create a template quoting process to ensure standardisation throughout your business. If accepted this can then be quickly converted to sales invoices.
