We're sponsoring the Brighton and Hove Business Awards!
This year we will be sponsoring one of the city’s most prestigious events, the Brighton and Hove Business Awards.
The awards shine a light on successful businesses that really capture the Brighton Brand. It’s not that the size of your business doesn’t matter, but the focus is on qualities of innovation and leadership within your business which represent the unique business culture in Brighton.
Representing the Chamber on the panel of judges for the awards is Carol Lewis, Owner and Director of Bainbridge Lewis, who is our Vice President. She will be selecting which fantastic entries will be nominated and awarded.
Last year the Gala Ceremony was attended by over 300 business representatives from across the city. The title of ‘Oustanding Brightonian’ was awarded to Martin Perry, Executive Director of the Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club who spent several years in pushing for the construction of the £23 million American Express Community Stadium. The event saw businesses receive awards for titles such as great contribution to the city, outstanding customer service and fastest growing business of the year.
You can find out more about the awards at our Business Brunch next month where some of last year’s winners will be speaking about what the awards have meant for them.
The awards present an excellent opportunity to showcase some of the best entrepreneurial talent in the city, and here at the Chamber we are really excited to be a part of it.
