Thinking about a Will?
Your Will is one of the most important legal documents you will ever sign, is yours signed yet? Probably not as the number of people without a Will outnumbers those who have made one.
Without a Will, you can’t control what will happen to your assets after you die and who should look after any young children. If you do have a Will then you should check whether it needs updating to reflect changed circumstances.
A homemade Will is not advised as mistakes are easily made and can take time and money to resolve after you have died. The best way to ensure your wishes are carried out is to consult a specialist solicitor who can also advise on minimising inheritance tax.
