Sowing the seeds of business growth
Workshop, Brighton Summit, Friday 16 October
Are you sowing the seeds for growth? Are you harvesting what you sow? Are you weeding out the competition or battling to grow head and shoulders about the rest? Are you a perennial business, blossoming every year or a one-time only bloom?
In this fun, interactive and practical session, business owner and experienced gardener Steve Bustin invites you to examine your business anew, through a green-fingered filter. Find out whether your established business has got the roots and resources necessary for growth. If you’re a start-up, do you understand what a seedling business needs to thrive and compete with the established plants? Are you planning to be a tree, dropping seeds across the local area, or are you a weed - tough, resourceful and ultimately very successful?
Warning: This session may contain references to compost and explicit use of a trowel.
Led by Steve Bustin, a communications and engagement expert. Recently named ‘National Speaker of the Year 2015’ by the Professional Speaking Association, Steve is in demand as a speaker, compere and masterclass leader.
