Running a business for free…almost!
Workshop, Brighton Summit, Friday 16 October
Starting a new business can seem like a daunting task. There are a lot of things to do, so many things to manage and keep track of. Thankfully modern technology can really ease that burden.
In this workshop we’ll look at some of the online services you can use to create a comprehensive business infrastructure for little or no money. From simple to-do lists to managing your invoices, setting up email, hosting a website or even supporting global collaboration these days there are tools and services which make this fast and easy.
Led by Dan Cowan who for the past 15 years has been involved in founding a number of technology startups, although his passion for entrepreneurship goes way back to his teenage years. Currently he runs BrightMinded, a successful Brighton based software consultancy and has a hand in two other cutting edge technology startups.
When not writing code or talking tech Dan can be found walking, running or cycling out on the Downs.
