Starting your own business, going self-employed?
Let's Do Business are running a highly interactive 2 day workshop is for those in the early stages of starting up their own businesses.
Day 1 will cover;
• What is an Enterprise or Business?
• Why do you want to be self-employed?
• Look at your skills and abilities
• Self-Assess your suitability for self-employment
• Business and personal goals
• What are you planning to offer?
• Reviewing your competitors – getting started
On Day 2 an experienced coach will help you work up your ideas and start planning next steps;
• Understand the benefits & risks of self-employment
• How to form & register a business
• Building networks
• Reviewing your competitors – what did you find?
• Bring it all together - Viability review
Completing Day 2 offers the potential for you to gain the nationally recognised Level 3 Award in Starting Your Enterprise from the Institute of Leadership & Management.
NB. Workshop requires a basic understanding of PC use.
Workshop dates:Wednesday 30th May & Thursday 7th June Registration at 9am, start at 9.15 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.
Institute of Leadership & Management Level 3 Award in Starting Your Enterprise
The cost of delivering this two day programme is significant but they only require a £25.00 administration fee to cover registration and administration of the ILM Award - unless you are unemployed, in which case it will be FREE.
