You see, when I first stumbled on Stoicism, it created for me some pretty negative thoughts. I envisioned a person who was pretty emotionless, with a real “stiff upper lip” attitude. How wrong was I? In fact, the more I know about Stoicism, the more I have an absolute belief that it offers so much to modern leaders, and importantly, those who they lead.
