Last Minute Opportunity to book: Free Profitnet event on Innovation, Collaboration and Celebration
To kick start 2010, on 21st January Profitnet will host an evening of
Innovation, Collaboration and Celebration.
Profitnet is an innovative business development and support programme that
enables small and medium-sized enterprises to help themselves and their
peers. Developed by the University of Brighton, it has been successful for
over 600 businesses in the UK, Ireland and South Africa - and it's
expanding.
With an exclusive keynote address from global entrepreneur Marc Koska,
inventor of the K1 one use syringe, guests can hear his captivating story of
his 20 year battle to bring one use syringes to third world countries.
His honest and emotive account of the highs and lows of starting and running
an international organisation has inspired people all over the world and his
journey brings greater understanding to the meaning of true innovation.
The evening will offer the opportunity to gain inspiration, hear some of the
real life stories and successes of continuous innovation, which will be
celebrated by some special awards There will also be the chance to network
with a diverse range of individual and organisations over a glass of bubbly.
The event will be opened by Professor Julian Crampton, Vice-Chancellor of
the University of Brighton and hosted by Lisa Holloway, Chair of Creative
Brighton
