Grafton Banks Finance Recruits Interim Specialist to Launch Interim Division
Grafton Banks Finance, based in Brighton and Hove, has recruited Emma Prior to head up a new interim division specialising in placing qualified accountants. The firm, which launched in 2008, has already enjoyed success placing qualified and part-qualified accountants into permanent positions in a growing number of businesses across East and West Sussex and south Surrey.
Emma, who joins the Grafton Banks Finance team from Hays in Portsmouth, has worked in financial interim recruitment since graduating from the University of Portsmouth in 2007.
She says: “It’s great to be joining a specialist recruitment practice where I can focus on helping clients find the qualified interim finance professionals they need. Grafton Banks Finance has a loyal client base and I’m looking forward to getting to know them over the next few months and helping to introduce new clients through our interim service.”
Director Alex Gregory explains: “Because we have such a strong reputation, as the economy recovers clients are increasingly asking us to find interim professionals for specific projects or to cope with an increase in workload. We wanted to ensure we approached that with the same professionalism as our existing service which is why we have created a new role focusing exclusively on qualified interim positions.”
