Getting to grips with growth
Workshop, Brighton Summit, Friday 16 October
Growth could mean so many different things to you and your organisation. If you were planning to grow something in your garden would you choose a tall tree or a single flower, a subtle effect or an entire style which changes the ambience of what you see and feel? It’s the same with your business. Much of what growth means to you right now will depend on your priorities, your values and the wider situational context. We don’t often have - or, perhaps, make - the time to get to the heart of what growth means for us. So join us and explore what impact a clearer understanding of your own growth ambition could have on your business.
This highly interactive session, led by Generate, will give you an opportunity to sharpen your focus for the day and do some of that valuable thinking. You’ll start to uncover what is important about growth for you, explore beyond the obvious and get insights and ideas from your peers on what that means for you practically.
Importantly, in this session you’ll get clear on what you need to focus on, what you’d like to offer and want to discover during the rest of this important event. You’ll also get to know those around you as you think together, share ideas and prepare to learn something new!
"The peer learning and facilitated approach to some of the sessions at the Summit allowed me to focus on developing a strategy and timescale for a key business objective" - Peter Desmond, Growth International
