FREE CPD Training for Solicitors
As one of only four firms of Chartered Financial Planners within the city, North Laine Financial Management has satisfied rigorous criteria relating to professional qualifications and ethical good practice. They have also been granted accreditation as an external CPD provider by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
They work closely with a number of solicitors and recently launched GSFW Wealth Management Ltd, a joint venture with Griffith Smith Farrington Webb LLP Solicitors, which was set up to further enhance that law firm's service to its clients by providing them with access to first class independent financial advice.
Part of the agreement is that North Laine Financial Management provide them with an element of ongoing CPD qualifying training and they are pleased to announce that invitations to such training will be extended to the broader legal community.
The sessions will be held at The Hove Club, 28 Fourth Avenue, Hove, BN3 2PJ on the following dates:
- Thursday 20th October 2011 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 7th December 2011
- Tuesday 6th March 2012
- Tuesday 12th June 2012
- Tuesday 11th September 2012
Sessions planned include updates on BPR qualifying assets, tax updates, Court of Protetion, Pension & Divorce updates and Elderly Client Matters.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please note that the training sessions are for SOLICITORS only.
North Laine Financial Management are offering this training for FREE. They hope that instead you might either directly or indirectly help them to raise funds for two very worthy causes for children.
They are working with The Rotary Club of Brighton East to raise charity funds to be split equally between Rockinghorse and Chestnut Tree House Hospice.
They hope that attendees might personally (with gift aid) or through their firms, make a voluntary donation and also that you will join them at the end of the CPD year for a relaxed supper that will be organised by the Rotary Club at which they will present the cheques to the two charities.
If you would like to attend any of these sessions please contact Gill Rigby at grigby@nlfm.co.uk or call on 01273 765960.
