Entrepreneurial Spark sets Brighton alight!
A new program has just opened for applications in Brighton and any ambitious entrepreneurs out there need to know about it.
Entrepreneurial Spark is a scheme that new and growing businesses of any sector can apply to be part of for up to 6 months initially, although with the possibility of this being extended to a full 18 months of support. Successful applicants will receive top notch mentorship, plus desk space in the base at Preston Park as well as use of phones and wifi – all for free.
You can even earn the chance to be personally mentored by some super successful business folk, as Jim Duffy Chief Executive Optimist of the project explained to Brighton Chamber at the launch of the scheme last week. You can see how other businesses have used the scheme by visiting the website and reading about a range of Entrepreneurial Spark case studies.
Places on the scheme are limited to 80 and applicants need to get moving now as the programme will begin in August.
Still need convincing? Whilst over 50% of business fail within the first 5 years*, Entrepreneurship Spark proudly tell us that over 82% of businesses that have been part of the scheme are still trading today.
To find out more and apply for the scheme visit the Entrepreneurial Spark website. You can also listen a recent interview with Jim Duffy, Chief Executive Optimist of Entrepreneurial Spark here.
