Employee Volunteer Mentor Training: Support Someone on their Journey Back to Work
o Time: 2 and 10 February, 9:00am – 1:30pm
o Where: Sussex County Cricket (Brighton)

o No cost to Employee Volunteer
Our mentoring programme is designed to:
o Enhance our mentors’ skills and experience to support them develop their careers
o Support an individual facing barriers to employment on their journey back to work for example:
People experiencing long term unemployment
Young people entering work
People who have a criminal record
People who have been affected by homelessness
By training to be a mentor you will gain valuable workplace skills and put these into practice through a one-to-one supported mentoring match.

Cost: No Cost to Employee Volunteer for this course only
This course is the last one we will be providing under our current contract where the training is subsidised. For this final course places are free. There are a limited number of places on the course places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Please note that from 1 March this programme will be self-financing at a fee of £400 per employee volunteer.
