The Edward Starr Networking Evening at the Theatre Royal Brighton
After their very successful first ‘Starr Network’ that they held back in February at Indian Summer The Edward Starr Charitable Trust are pleased to announce their second of the year.
Part of their mission is building relationships and they feel that the best place to begin is in their local community. There are a great many people, like yourself, and organisations doing wonderful things in our City and they are keen to help you come together for mutual benefit.
The Starr Network will hold its second event on Tuesday 10th July 2012 from 17:30 until 19:30/20:00.
They will be joined by Martin Sacree, Deputy Principal, Shoreham Academy who will share why they have decided to include The Edward Starr's educational programme CHOCS (Children Helping other Children Smile) as one of their Year 11 options. They are also excited to be sharing their new CHOCS video filmed by SeeThat Media and co-ordinated by Anke Thurm their Vodafone ‘World of Difference’ placement. The film will share the partnership between Varndean School, The Grand Hotel and the Tanzanian charity Shika during our 2011 CHOCS pilot project.
