The easy way to ask customers for money every month
Do you take regular payments from your customers? Do you manage retainers, subscriptions or memberships? If the answer is yes, you can take the hassle out of managing this by outsourcing the payment procedure and using Direct Debit. It’s reliable, secure and very easy to set up.
There are a number of Direct Debit providers out there but did you know that as a member of the Chamber, one of the benefits we offer you is a discount on set up fees with London Zurich.
If you’d like to enable your customers to pay you by Direct Debit, London Zurich offers Chamber members a discount of £100 on the £350 set up cost.
Here at Brighton Chamber we use London Zurich’s Direct Debit facility and we’ve never had a problem. It’s easy to use, everything is online, and the support staff are really helpful and quick. There is an option to automate the process by having a link from your website, but we haven’t tried this yet.
The benefits of online Direct Debit:
• Help your cash flow by encouraging customers to pay on time
• A less cumbersome process than setting up via your bank
• Substantially reduced set up rate and savings on bank charges
• Take bank details from clients over the phone or via email
• Generate CSV files to import into your accountancy package
• Full management reporting of all new clients set up, payments due to be processed and payments made
“This service can really help Chamber members to improve their business operations and financial management.”
Sarah Springford, Director of Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce
“SME’s are more often than not unable to qualify for a Direct Debit with their banks, so we are very happy to work with Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce to offer our services. We are happy to deal with any Brighton & Hove business and will offer discounted fees for Chamber Members.”
Sales Director for London and Zurich Chris Barnes
