A competition for charities and NGO's
Tuesday 16th September sees the launch of an exciting new competition, exclusively for charities and Not For Profit organisations based in the Sussex area.
Launched by Brighton based HR consultancy, LOVE HR Ltd, the competition offers the chance to win 2 interactive, instructor lead HR training sessions for managers and will be tailored to the winning organisation’s HR policies, procedures and ACAS best practice.
The prize, worth over £360, gives participating charities the opportunity to win a choice of two of the consultancy’s most popular HR training sessions. The sessions will be delivered by an employee relations expert and training specialist who will deliver the training 'in-class', allowing for minimal disruption to an organisation’s working day.
Courses include;
• Effective People Management
• Managing Health and Absence
• Employee Disputes (covering disciplinary and grievance management with a dash of employment case law)
• Flexible Workforces (covering items such as flexi-working/maternity/paternity rights)
• Business Effective HR Policies & Procedures
• The Essentials to in-house Recruitment & Interviewing
