Brighton University student wins Chamber prize!
We'd like to say a big congratulations to the University of Brighton graduate Tom Bailey who recently won the Chamber sponsored prize at the Brighton Business School Prizegiving for the best contributions to local industry, following his volunteer work at the Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce. Pete Jenkins of Gamification Plus, and the Entrepreneur in Residence, presented the prize to Tom (pictured above).
Sarah Springford, Chamber director: "We know how hard it can be to find a job without relevant work experience, and that is why at the Chamber we are committed to working with students to help where we can. When enthusiastic and skilled graduates like Tom volunteer to help us we are delighted. The work he has done for us has been really useful to the Chamber and our members."
