Brighton Summit workshop, Build your future brick by brick
Build your future brick by brick
What is it?
A workshop on preparing for an ever-changing environment. We live in times where companies and individuals need to be aware of new trends in their markets and be agile in the way they work. Join us in this exciting workshop where we will show you our strategic framework using Lego.
Who is it for?
Anyone running a business or managing strategy, from start-up to larger organisations.
Takeaways
In this workshop you will:
Envision: What does the future of your industry look like? What are the main challenges that your business will face?
Analyse: What our organisation is good at? What skills are you lacking?
Strategise: Develop strategies keeping in mind what the future looks like and what your strengths and weaknesses are.
Using LEGO helps us work with the abstract concepts that strategy books use and visualise all these ideas that roam in our heads. It’s a great way to learn by doing and experiencing!
