Brighton Business Standing with Refugees
Refugee Support Europe have shared with us details of their podcast with local baby and kids clothing brand, The bonniemob, who have already raised £10 000 to help refugees.
BRIGHTON, UK: No-one needs to feel helpless about refugees’ suffering. Doing something about it can be a win-win for businesses and customers as well as for refugees. In this podcast, Tracey Samuel, Founder of the bonniemob talks to Paul Hutchings, founder of Refugee Support Europe, about how just a little effort made a huge difference.

Paul Hutchings says “Tracey is typical of many Brighton business owners – dynamic with a big heart – and she’s used that to help improve the lives of hundreds of refugees. Not only that but it’s been good for business. It’s a great example of Brighton coming together to make a difference internationally.”
Tracey Samuel says “Creating a clothing design specially for charity was easy for us to do with a little effort. I’m bowled over by how much our customers have engaged with it and how much we’ve raised. I’d encourage all businesses to look into how they could help.”
Refugee Support Europe airs a conversation with someone standing with refugees every Monday and now has 13 episodes in its series.
