THE ‘REPUTATION MATTERS’ WORKSHOP
Brighton – Thursday 1 December: 2PM – 5PM
Who Should Attend
This Workshop has been developed for owners and managers of businesses and those responsible for HR.
Background to the Workshop
Apparently, statistically, if you have a have a good customer experience you tell five people. If you have a bad experience you tell thirteen. Whether this is true or not, the fact is we are more likely to share bad experiences with friends and colleagues than good experiences. Ultimately, a reputation for poor customer service limits your performance potential.
Enlightened businesses rigorously track what people are saying about them and see a customer complaint as an opportunity to receive valuable information and use this to improve their product offerings, customer service or business operations. They understand that repeat satisfaction helps evolve a regular customer into a customer for life.
Workshop Overview

Defining your customer promise
Measuring the gap between brand promise and delivery
Developing techniques to get your people to understand the importance of their personal reputation and how this impacts on the reputation of the business.
