Bite-sized Learning: Procrastination Busting
Agonise over the smallest decisions? Concentrate on minor problems so you don’t have to face the bigger issues? Spend every waking hour at work, but still feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day? Turn dithering into decisive action with the help of Clare Evans, author of ‘Time Management for Dummies’.
On behalf of the Brighton Chamber, Clare will be running a bite-sized learning session on Procrastination Busting on Wednesday, 26 June to help people discover why they procrastinate, how to address it, and what they can do to use their time more effectively.
As a personal and business coach working with individuals and businesses to manage their time better and increase productivity, Clare brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
“We all have a tendency to procrastinate”, she says, “it’s just about having the strategies to deal with it.”
As well as providing expert insight into what Clare describes as “the art of putting things off”, this session will give attendees the space to discuss particular issues that cause them to procrastinate. They will even learn that there are times when procrastination can be a good thing.
Individuals, employees and people who run their own businesses can all benefit from attending this event, which has been scheduled for the evening to fit in with the working day.
Clare says: “Time management is the number one resource you can’t get back; it’s the most important resource that we have.”
